The shopping complex was having an extension adding many new modern shops. A great time for a Kmart Refit. The Instyle team was given to role to transform from the old merchandise equipment over to the new. The store looks fantastic and the customers love it.

The merchandise fit out started out as 19 stages. Whilst during the fit out stage with some forward thinking & planning the staging was reduced to 17 stages. This resulted in the Instyle team completing the shopfitting works earlier and enabling the store to then concentrate on customers / sales.
